Spring Clean Your Body... Just Add Water (continued)

JUST ADD WATER… ONE GLASS AT A TIME!!!  The Experts say 6-8 glasses of water a day. Okay, so if you don’t currently drink that much then start by adding just one more glass a day until you are consuming a gallon a day.  I believe in baby steps, so go at your own pace but maintain your progress. You can start with drinking a glass of water immediately upon waking up.  Ideally, distilled water is best.  NO tap water.  

Try adding a tablespoon of organic apple-cider vinegar. This will jump-start the body’s metabolism and cleansing.
  
Here are some KEY HEALTH BENEFITS OF PROPER HYDRATION:

  1. Wastes and toxins are flushed from the Body.
  2. Oxygen and Nutrients move thru the bloodstream more efficiently
