Put Your Best Face Forward (continued)

Peace of mind is an essential ingredient for optimal performance in everything from relationships with friends and family to success in the business world.  People who have mastered the art of achieving peace of mind not only feel better about themselves, but they usually look terrific, as well.

Peace of mind, however, is only one in a combination of several ingredients that would have to exist for you to define an ideal vision of yourself. Two others would be good health and positive energy.  If you achieve all kinds of things in the material world but lose your health or peace of mind, you get little or no pleasure from your other accomplishments.

Just as peace of mind requires constant vigilance to avoid harmful, even destructive negative emotions; radiant physical health is equally dependent upon close scrutiny if you are to continue looking physically fit and capable of becoming everything you were created to be.  In other words - It’s Not JUST GOOD LUCK; YOU HAVE TO CONSISTENTLY WORK AT IT!

There are compelling, clear-cut reasons for why we look and act the way we do. What set of circumstances has to be in place for you to create your own masterpiece in the mirror and feel better about what you see?  Only you can decide.  More people are sick, overweight, unfit, or unhealthy than ever before. Canadians and Americans spend more of their gross national product on health care than any other nation, and the costs are rising. More and more studies reveal that an enormous amount of illness and disease is caused by negative mental attitudes and unhappiness of various kinds.  People actually make themselves sick and poison their relationships with their own thinking of ALL THE BAD LUCK!!

Look GOOD AND FEEL BETTER ABOUT YOURSELF.

Rather than relying on good or bad luck, how you feel and look is a matter of understanding a few basic operating principles and learning to apply them on a consistent basis.  There is more material on physical and mental self-improvement than there has ever been at any other time.  More than luck, then, it is your willingness to change that can create a healthy appearance.  First, you begin to think about how your life would be different if you looked and felt as healthy as possible. Next, you make a decision to focus on the things that need to be accomplished - changes in diet, exercise, nutritional supplementation and skin care.
                          
                                       CHANGE IS INEVITABLE!

Although it must appear that there are tens of thousands of seemingly contradictory facts about how to look good and feel great, a close examination will reveal that the entire concept of good health is actually based on just a few recurrent principles that you can apply daily in every area of your life, once you know how.  

It is important to understand that , although change is inevitable, and aging, a fact of life, if you consistently eat well, exercise to some degree, reduce your stress level as much as possible, and supplement on a regular basis, you can make dramatic improvements in the quality of your life, even as you age. ALL IT TAKES IS BELIEF ON YOUR PART, THE RIGHT PRODUCTS AND A FEW MINUTES OF TIME EVERY DAY!!!
